There is an open pavilion for resident private parties, several trellis BBQ alcoves, native plants, landscape art, trellis and pond.

Wireless internet access is included in common areas. There is a luxurious entertainment room on the lobby level that opens up the gardens. A meeting room and recreation room are also available for residents.

The parking structure for residents is separate from the residential tower. Each parking stall has storage lockers nearby. There is also convenient storage available for bicycles surfboards, and one-man canoes. Residents can enter and exit from either Hobron Ln. or Ala Wai Blvd.
