This 2008 development is modern and sleek. The Kobayashi Group, one of Honolulu’s best upscale developers, has used features and materials that give the project an air of sophistication and comfort. The concrete and glass structure stands 39 stories tall. The ground level is occupied by an auto dealership and the residential lobby is located on the 2nd floor. The site is in a prime location for downtown workers to walk to the office and also is close to the Pali Highway and H1 freeway for a quick getaway by car.
Common Areas for Residents
The modern lobby features dark stone, dark wood, brushed steel and Hawaiian art. A state of the art 24 hour security guard station is located in the lobby near the mail room. Five high speed elevators are used to access the 394 units.
