Kakaako: Honolulu Neighborhood Condo Map

Experts have dubbed Kakkako as "the new heart of Honolulu". Today, older industrial buildings and big box retailers occupy much of the area. Planning for Kakaako’s future has been in progress for several years now through the Hawaii Community Development Authority (HDCA). Their goal is to bring together public and private resources to redevelop Kakaako. Exciting new developments include the Victoria Ward Center and Kakaako Waterfront Park.
